Now without getting too political, if you're a hippy from Norwich then you'll be driving a 2CV with a sticker on the back saying "Nuclear Power? No thanks!".

Spare a thought for everyone who works in nuclear power trying to get through roadblocks and alike. Now the simple fact is there is no alternative that could supply our energy needs. like it or lump it., until particle acceleration works, nuclear power is here to stay (or roughly for the next 10k years).
