We've been filming with the Blue Peter team again today.
Captain Carney got some aerial shots with our CAA approved drone for the CBBC show in Manchester as the presenters tried their hand at Disc Golf.
Mwaksy Mudenda - BP's 39th presenter, was joined by some likely players for a round at Manchester Disc Golf in Trafford. It's the first permanent 18-hole course in North West England. The object of the game is to get your frisbee (or disc) into the target in as few shots as possible. Firm grip and thumb placement crucial. Whether you're a fan gripper or a power gripper, backhand or cutter you've got to put it into the basket. Funded by Veolia Environmental Trust and Thrive Trafford , and working with Trafford Council, The Friends of Longford Park and DUFFA, Manchester Disc Golf have installed a new 18-hole disc golf course in Longford Park, Stretford, Greater Manchester. If you're interested, the course is always open and free to use for everyone.
At Crows Nest Films Carney and Fleur work closely with their clients to get the best production values on every shoot, both on the ground and in the air. We'll walk you through all of our checks with local authorities and air traffic control to secure the necessary permissions for legal flights by our CAA approved pilot.
Our drone work has taken us to some extraordinary locations with some uniquely brilliant people and it's fantastic to include the Blue Peter crew in our wings.
