This is what happens when you head to the Hebrides

with a bunch of chefs, and send them in search of wild flavours for their tea. The Botanist Gin invited us up to the Hebrides to capture the capers of Mark Williams, Craig Grozier, Ally Kelsey, Carl Legge, Leonardo Pereira and Rupert Waites.  The gin was exquisite, the company tasty as hell, and the resulting feast that the foragers put together was extraordinary.  Have a look and see what you think of this minute long highlights reel.
